We want you to feel complete confidence in your purchase. Because premium modest clothing relies entirely on a precise drape, length, and perfect fit, we provide a structured, stress-free return and exchange process for our Canadian buyers.

Return Window & Basic Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the verified carrier delivery date to request a return or product exchange. To be fully eligible for a refund, your returned items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original designer tags, safety seals, and product packaging must be fully intact and attached.

  • The item must be completely free of perfume scents, makeup blemishes, or visible fabric pulls.

Please note that due to strict hygienic safety standards, individual under-drapes, inner slip caps, and open fabric hijabs cannot be returned once their sealed protective packaging has been broken.

How to Initiate a Return or Product Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support team directly via email at support@northabaya.com with your original order confirmation number.

  2. Specify whether you require a direct size exchange or a standard payment refund.

  3. Our system will review the request and generate a printable domestic return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs & Processing Times

Unless a product arrives with a documented manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for standard return shipping fees. Once your returned parcel arrives back at our Canadian fulfillment facility, our quality control team will inspect the garments within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited automatically back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, credit card, Stripe, or PayPal) within standard banking processing cycles.
