Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. Because fit and drape matter so much with modest wear, we've made returns and exchanges as simple as we can for our Canadian customers.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To qualify for a refund, your item needs to be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Complete with all original tags, seals, and packaging attached
- Free of perfume, makeup marks, or fabric pulls
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on under-drapes, inner slip caps, or open fabric hijabs once their sealed packaging has been opened.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at inquiry@northabaya.com with your order number.
- Let us know if you'd like a size exchange or a refund.
- We'll review your request and send you a printable return shipping label.
Shipping Costs & Processing Time
Return shipping is on us only if the item arrived with a manufacturing defect — otherwise, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Once your return reaches our facility, our team inspects it within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, credit card, Stripe, or PayPal) and typically show up within your bank's usual processing time.
