You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange — just email inquiry@northabaya.com with your order number and we'll send you a printable return label. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging. Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 3–5 business days and refund your original payment method. Almost everything is returnable within 30 days. The only exceptions, for hygiene reasons, are under-drapes, inner slip caps, and hijabs whose sealed packaging has been opened. Abayas, kaftans, and unopened scarves can always be returned or exchanged.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days anywhere in Canada — completely free. Need it faster? Express courier delivery arrives in 1–3 business days. Every order ships from our facility in Port Coquitlam, BC, so there are never customs fees or border delays, and you'll get a tracking email the moment it ships. Local pickup is also available at checkout.

Our abayas, kaftans, and hijabs are made by specialist modest-wear makers in Dubai, Turkey and south Asia using premium Nida, georgette, and chiffon fabrics — all 100% certified opaque. Every order is packed and shipped from our facility in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Standard shipping is free across every Canadian province and territory — no minimum order. Express courier is available at checkout rates, and international shipping is calculated at checkout. Because we ship from within Canada, there are no customs or import fees, ever.
